1) BANANA BONKERS
- 1 bowl of ice
- 3 bananas
- Lemon syrup as per requirement
- Grapefruit juice about 50 ml
Recipe- Grind the bananas and make a puree out of them. Once a smooth paste, combine the lemon sherbet, grapefruit juice and crushed ice. Keep in the refrigerator for the time needed to cool or preferably overnight. Serve with ice. This drink is a healthy option and acts just as an appetizer without being too filling.

2) ITALIAN CREAM SODA
- 250 ml syrup of watermelon
- 250 ml passion fruit syrup
- 50 grams cream
- Carbonated or sparkling water as per requirement
Recipe- Fill a jar, 3/4th of ice and the rest with sparkling water. Mix the fruit syrups in the concoction. Put the cream on top of the mixture and mix the entire concoction well. Allow freezing for at least an hour before serving. Water or soda may be additionally put in to suit customized tastes. - Lemon Juice (As per requirement)
- 2 glasses of water
- Sugar to taste
- 1 bottle of club soda
- Maraschino Cherries
- 1 lemon zest
- 2 bowls of pineapple juice
Recipe : Boil a mixture of water, lemon zest and sugar for about 7- minutes. Add strained cherry and pineapple juice while the liquid is still hot but not piping. Add crushed ice, any herb according to choice and sparkling water and also the lemon juice and stir well. Freeze for an elongated period of time for best results of the mixture.

- 100 ml lemon juice
- Club soda to taste
