1) Watermelon and Strawberry Lemonade:

A bowl of mixed berries, yoghurt, milk and sugar are all that you need to prepare this drink. Put the berries, yoghurt, milk and sugar into a blender and blend for five to seven minutes until a thick smoothie is made. Serve chilled. You can add strawberry slices for garnishing effects.

The ingredients required for this drink are: a cup of uncooked rice, water, milk, vanilla extract, sugar and cinnamon powder. Put the rice and water in a blender and blend for a minute or so until the rice grains are broken down. Set aside the rice soked in water for three hours and then stain the rice and discard it. Items required to prepare this drink include chocolate powder, milk, chocolate ice cream scoops, cinnamon powder, sugar powder. To prepare this, put milk, chocolate powder, sugar powder and chocolate ice cream scoop in a blender and blend until a thick smoothie is made. Pour this in a glass and add cinnamon powder and red chilli powder proportionately and stir. Serve chilled.
5) Peanut Butter Banana smoothie:
this drink has a lot of iron, carbohydrate, zinc and magnesium. The required ingredients for this shake are: 2 bananas, half cup peanut butter, milk, honey and ice cubes. Put the broken bananas, peanut butter, milk and honey in the blender and blend for about 3 minutes. This will create a rich smoothie to which add ice cubes and serve. This is a very healthy drink and can serve as an alternative to bananas which kids avoid.
