    I am 29years men. Am taking chaywanprash 1 teaspoon twise a day empty stomach. Am just started. I found after use it I have suffering from digest it side effects of chaywanprash? Pls give solution.

    I have started using Dabur chyavanprash. I am having chronic digestion problem. I am feeling mild burning sensation in my stomach and constipation is worsened. Is this due to side effect of chyavanprash ?

    since 10days, am i giving dabar Chyawanprash to my son, he is 5 years old on daily morning before milk. Normally his body is heat body so, after 5 mints of Chyawanprash am giving glass of milk with horlicks. And now a days he is going for latrine very hard and he is struggling during latrine, and he is going for 2 to 3 time per day. is this side effect of Chyawanprash ? I wanted to continue to give the Chyawanprash so any other advice to make his body cool.

      See that happens when it is going to heavy on stomach. I’d recommend you to reduce the quantity of chyawanprash he is taking daily.

      Just start with very low quantity, since he is very young his body might not able to absorb all the nutrients properly.

      Drink plenty of water – 2-3 litres a day.
      Drink coconut water – 1 coconut each day.
      Shower with cold water or lukewarm water.
      Exercise regularly.
