Ingredients Needed:

  • Chocolate syrup.
  • Cocoa powder.
  • Milk.
  • Whipped cream.
  • Chocolate ice cream.

Recipe (Making Process) :

For preparing a glass of chocolate milkshake :

  1. First stir the milk and cocoa power in a mixer-blender until it gets thinker. This should be followed by adding the scoops of chocolate ice cream.
  2. For a glass of milkshake, two scoops of ice cream would be sufficient. The ratio should always be 1:2.
  3. This mixture should be allowed to cool a little further in a refrigerator. Meanwhile, it is advisable to lace the inside of the empty glass with a spoonful of chocolate syrup.
  4. In this glass the mixture should be poured, on the top of which the whipped cream can be put as part of garnishing. This also enhances the taste of the drink when blended.

Please Note : Never put ice cubes in milkshake as water shall dilute the taste of it.
